I like this one a great deal. “Sliding gleam against the blue.” That’s great. I like how the g’s and l’s work together there.
Thanks. That was gravy. I was concentrating on how to describe the partial visibility of a strand of silk in strong sunlight — and as usual I think the 140-character limit really helped.
