Fine snow slowing to a stop by sunrise and resuming 45 minutes later. It’s quiet enough to hear what the creek is saying both before and after it travels under my yard.

Ah, I love this. Thank you for the sense of the stream moving beneath your yard.
May peace and joy be part of every one of your days as we travel through this holy season (however we observe or don’t observe or celebrate the holy days we’re travelling through across the solstice and the changing of one year to the next.
